1. Clients will not engage in activity on the Internet through any of RJIA.NET's services that is deemed offensive to objective inspection. This includes spamming, posting inappropriate material on a website hosted by RJIA.NET, using the Internet service to disseminate pornography or hate literature or images, or religious hate material(s).
2. Clients found in violation of these terms will be advised to correct the situation immediately. If remedial response is not forthwith, then the account will be terminated. Any unused portion of subscription payment(s) will be refunded to the client. Access to the web server of hosted sites will be denied, and all files will be deleted.
3. Web Hosting subscribers are expected to keep backups of all data posted to the site. In any and all cases, RJIA.NET will not be held liable for loss of any data, files or images posted to our web hosting servers.
4. Clients shall not use RJIA.NET Email services to receive, send or forward pornographic materials or images, nor hate literature of any type. Item #2 above will apply.
