Metro Ethernet Availability
In September of 2007 RJIA.NET announced its latest High Speed offering, Metro E. This new technology enables us to offer speeds never-before imagined to Business Class Clients. This service allows us to establish point-to-point communications between our facilities and enterprise campuses with bandwidths of any size up to 1Gbps synchronously. This means your upload speed will be approximately the same as your download speed, something not possible with cable or DSL. This type of connection is run over fiber and requires a Cisco© Metro E Switch to be installed at the client location. Our relationship with the backbone provider means your cost will be much lower than it would be through your local Telco provider!
